How I got here
I would put it down to my mother singing to records in the house while I was growing up. Fleetwood Mac was one of her favourites. That definitely influenced me and after picking the Saxophone up as my first instrument when I was 22
I came across Percy Owens a great saxophonist who played with Muddy Waters, Otis Redding, Otis Rush and Etta James, Rahsaan Roland Kirk.
Percy taught me jazz and blues and just moved to Sydney from Mississippi.
That platform inspired to take my music seriously and I haven't looked back.

Songwriting Philosophy in a quote
"Music is your own experience, your thoughts, your wisdom. If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn. They teach you that music has boundaries. But, man, there's no boundary line to art." Charlie Parker

I'm currently working on a new project called the Specialties with gigs booked till August next year.
I also freelance for lots of artists and I'll be touring with the Rockabilly legend Ezra Lee and Rose Tattoo next march ..
