The “ Spring Boogie” is becoming an annual thing at Lazybones for HDC , so we are putting it out there to get in early as last year it was a FULL HOUSE…

The band has had a couple months off while Nello headed to Chicago and the wild west in Search of Sounds…so the horses are chomping at the bit. As always, these gigs are a bit of an extravaganza, with a 9 piece band on the night, including the Island Sushi Horns, and some surprises for sure….Built for all on the floor, with a palette of sounds from Chicago based blues, to raw Missippi stomps, and a healthy dose of original swampy country blues, and funk from those southern regions.

We’ll be joined by our South Coast brethren TALL SHAUN, making their Lazybones debut . This powerhouse outfit is fronted by sensational vocalist Shaun Wessel – whose break-out performance on the 2022 season of  The Voice  stunned judges and captivated millions of viewers, and put the veteran entertainers in the spotlight .  Their recent   EP 'Resolution'   showcases the band’s exceptional blend of blues and roots mixed with echoes of the golden age of ’70s acoustic vibes, and an unapologetic dose of flat-to-the-boards boogie…. perfect for a  rollicking Spring Boogie.
